Looking for care for young man with severe developmental delays

Just moved to the area and I am trying to secure employment so will then need care for my 21 year old son who is at about a 2 year old level in my home. He is very easy to care for however needs the assistance with basic needs. Pay will be a flat rate of $3000 a month. Also will receive the $3 an hr more which is currently still in place till the end of March of 2022. Would consider also for a parent with 1 or 2 children to bring them here while caring for my son.
